Get ready to be intrigued, fascinated, and amazed. Not by this book, but by your own power.”
I’m not the type of person who usually reads self-help books but one thing that I liked what this author did was to incorporate his own story into the book. He talked about his past struggles and things that happened to him and how things changed for him. I think it made reading this more interesting and motivating to read because I see how this person’s life changed for the better.
One thing that I really liked was that the author made the book easy to read. Going into this I thought there would be complicated wording and the book would be difficult to understand but it was the exact opposite. There was bolded text that signified the main idea and what I had to take away. There were quotes from successful people, that kept me interested, especially since I really love reading quotes.
This book talks about things that most people desire in life-like to be fit, find love and be successful and there were chapters dedicated to those topics. There were different tasks that he mentioned to try that either helped increase confidence or just to make your life happier. A lot of the task he suggested I’m definitely going to try.
Overall, I rate this book a 4 out 5. This book is a little bit longer than most self-help books but if you have the time then it’s definitely worth it. The book is very motivating and fun to read. There were things that the author mentioned that I didn’t know and he asked questions about things that I didn’t consider. I definitely recommend reading this book before starting the new year. I hope you’ve enjoyed this post, you’ve just been reviewed.
